In the function of Masterplanning, Monterey Living Hope Church stands as an example of this process in growing a church from a small congregation to larger facilities over a period of years. Beginning with Phase 1 in 1974, the Living Hope Church built the Education Building, followed by a Phase 2 Sanctuary in 1976, the Phase 3 Classroom in 1984 and Phase 4 Office and Classrooms in 1989. Phase 5 will consist of expanding the Sanctuary and Education buildings as shown on the drawing. By comparison, note the photo of the Church facilities as they stand today.
